CHECK-IN PROCEDURE ON THE DAY

8:30 ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN: Print a copy of your Schedule or registration that will be collected upon your arrival and be sure to have your name checked-off by a member of the ELSA TEAM. ELSA cannot issuee a certificate of attendance for participants who have not formally checked-in.

SESSION SELF CHECK-IN: participants should self check-in for the REGISTRATION Session and for each session attended through SCHED Mobile app. Login in, go to 'My Schedule' and proceed with self check-in for the individual session. ELSA cannot issue a certificate of attendance for participants who have not  proceeded with the self-check-in for each session attended.

Morning coffee and a bagged lunch will be served. 

To participate in the Prize Draw, please submit the form with your name and name of your school. The forms will be collected in the afternoon.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Please take a few moments to make yourself familiar with the procedure and terms.

Registration to the conference is a two-step process and remains open until March 4th, 2023: 

1. Individual or group registration and payment through Bookeo
2.Participant's individual SCHED account to reserve seats in four sessions of choice

Seating capacity is limited for all sessions so be sure to register as early as you can. Attendees who have not added a session to their schedule will not be allowed entry to that session unless there are places available on the day. Thank you for your understanding.

• You must be registered for the conference and your registration paid. If you are not yet registered, go to Registration.
• Once your booking has been paid, you will receive an invitation through SCHED to create your individual account from where you can reserve up to four sessions. Please note that you will not be given access to SCHED until your place has been booked and paid. 
• From the invitation, log in to Sched to create your profile and schedule of sessions. If you have not received the invitation check your SPAM and Trash email boxes.
• All schedules will be frozen starting March 18th 2023
• SCHED offers a tour, tutorials support if you require assistance.

• Registrations close on  March 4th 2023
• Until the payment has been received, a booking is not confirmed.
• Registrations are for the full day. The fee includes morning coffee, lunch and closing reception.
• We do not accept walk-ins on the day of the conference.
• ELSA does not accept payments by check. Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or Paypal.
• Immediate payment at the time of checkout is the best way to confirm your registration to the event. If you have selected deferred payment, your booking will be confirmed once we have received the bank transfer. Access to SCHED will be depend upon whether the payment has been received.
• ELSA does not refund cancellations.
